Hi, my name is Susana Tuya!
If you are new to Developments Direct, you may not know that my background is also in Business and Success Coaching. My greatest passion is to see my clients thrive in life. Throughout my business career, I have always had one heel in Personal Development (started and sold a few businesses) and the other one in Property.
When I moved to the Gold Coast after 25 years in New Zealand, I noticed a significant gap in the market. I felt buyers were not given the proper service and sadly, at times treated as just as a dollar sign.
In the coaching world, it is always about the client and their results. I would not dare push products nor think that there is a one size fits all solution. So, after surveying and working with thousands of buyers, I saw a common thread.
Buyers (Clients) want to be treated as individuals!
They want to deal with someone who "gets them", has their best interests at heart (NOT the seller nor the developer); and has the relevant professional knowledge to make their purchasing journey a success!
